Barre Dance is a fun class for men and women looking for a total body workout in the form of different kinds of dance. A ballet barre and mat work are used to tone your muscles. You'll also notice an improvement in balance. Aerobic dance with a variety of music adds some cardio to get your heart rate up.
Barre Dance is an aerobic class that involves many different kinds of dance moves to strengthen and elongate your muscles. The class is divided into two segments. Members are welcome to attend either the toning barre segment or the cardio dance segment. Better yet, come for the entire time and get the best of both worlds – a workout for your heart muscle and a workout for the rest of your muscles.
The cardio segment uses various movements at different speeds. Modifications can be made if you cannot execute all movements.
