Our group fitness classes offer a friendly atmosphere with a personalized approach to exercise. Classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who excel in motivating and educating. We offer many multi-level classes that will challenge the “fit” member and encourage the “novice” exerciser.
If you have any orthopedic or medical problems, our instructors can offer modifications of specific exercises to meet your needs.
Cardio Tone is a low impact class for any fitness level. You always have room to modify exercises to fit your comfort level and challenge your body to increase strength. You'll be able to get in, work out, and get back to work!
Come experience the perfect combination of a cardiovascular workout and muscle toning. You'll start with a five-minute warmup that leads right into the “cardio,” or movement section designed to raise your heart rate. Next comes the “toning” part of class that uses weights, balls and bands to work both your upper and lower body. Modifications can be made depending on your fitness capability. The class wraps up with a nice stretching segment for your entire body.

Cardio Tone classes at Willis Knighton Fitness Center South are Mondays, 9 to 9:30 a.m. This is a quick 30-minute class if you have a busy schedule!
