Avonna Wilson is passionate about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She is a graduate of Northwestern State University of Louisiana with a degree in health and exercise science and has a strong background in the fitness industry. She is grateful for the valuable lessons learned and looks forward to embracing new adventures at Willis Knighton Fitness Centers. 

Kaila Mason shares her lifelong passion for fitness and helps you achieve your potential at Willis Knighton Fitness Centers. She grew up in sports running track, school cheer and the competitive cheerleading world.  

In college, Kaila studied kinesiology and exercise science at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Kaila began working with people of all ages, from prekindergarten kids to seniors, as a fitness instructor at YMCA.  Now a fitness instructor at Willis Knighton, she shares how exercise truly impacts quality of life and helps you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. 

Matthew Salinas has a passion for exercise that grows stronger every day. He’s been training himself since graduation from Northwestern State University of Louisiana where he earned a bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science. He wants to share his success with you, based on his experience training athletes in football, baseball, wrestling and power lifting. Whatever your background, Matthew tailors training to fit your needs and helps you achieve your goals in a safe and effective manner.
