Yes. Guests are assessed a $10 guest fee and may take advantage of this three times. After three visits, a guest must join to continue to take advantage of our facilities. Guests must complete a guest information card/waiver and provide a driver’s license for identification. We will make a copy of the license to keep on file for future visits.
Billing changes must be requested in person. If you wish to change your billing from electronic funds transfer (EFT) to direct billing (monthly bill in the mail), you will be charged $45. If you wish to change your billing from direct bill to EFT, you must bring a voided check when you make this change.
We do not freeze members’ accounts. You must come in person to one of the centers and complete/sign a cancellation form. You must bring your account to a zero balance. If you return within six months from your cancellation date, you will be required to pay a $25 reinstatement fee plus the current month’s dues (prorated if after the first of the month). If you return after six months of your cancellation date, you are required to pay the membership fee plus that month’s dues, prorated.
Notify the front desk staff that you need a new key tag.
Complete a new membership application and note that you were a previous member. You will pay the membership fee plus that current month’s dues (prorated if after the first) if it has been more than six months since you cancelled your membership. If you are rejoining within six months of your cancellation date, you would pay only a $25 reinstatement fee plus that current month’s dues (prorated after the first).

Yes. Reciprocal membership is one of the great benefits of your membership. You can visit any of the centers and take advantage of different classes or services that appeal to you.
