How often are the facilities cleaned?

We have on-site housekeepers who clean our facilities daily. That’s one reason they look great and smell fresh.

Will I have to wait to use equipment?

During peak hours, there is a 30-minute limit on high-demand cardiovascular equipment. Depending on the time of day you exercise, there might be a short wait for certain equipment.

What should I bring for the locker room?

We provide towels and shampoo/body wash. You must bring your own hair dryer.

Are towels included?

We offer complimentary towel service as part of your membership.

Do I need to bring my own lock for a locker?

No. Keys to the lockers are distributed by staff at the front desk. You may choose to rent a locker by the month for $10. This charge will be added to your monthly dues.
