Member Spotlight: Matt Roberts

Matt Roberts, owner of One Planet Solar, began his fitness journey when he turned 54. A lifelong tennis player, Roberts was glad to have a Willis Knighton Fitness Center nearby to help him stay healthy and be there for his kids and future grandkids. He’s been loving it for the past year and a half.  

“The staff has helped me many times achieve my fitness goals,” he says. “It starts at the front with the very knowledgeable staff who help educate the members on the classes available. I am kind of independent, but I have used the trainers numerous times to help keep me on track. I like how they really listen when you discuss your particular goals,” he says. 

The avid football fan has season tickets to LSU games and also follows the Indiana Hoosiers. He enjoys the many festivals in the Ark-La-Tex and loves to take his lab Sunny on hikes.
