Deane Wallace-James initially chose Willis Knighton Fitness Centers for three reasons: Great locations, convenient hours and easy parking. A year into her fitness journey, she credits the variety of classes, skilled instructors, friendly members and staff, and even well-cared for plants with keeping her motivated and adhering to her doctor’s orders to exercise to strengthen her bones.
“My trainer started me on an appropriate schedule of weight machines, listing specific settings and sequences for each,” she says. “I even got good advice for new exercise shoes.”
Wallace-James now has more energy, greater endurance and a lower blood pressure. “I feel really good when I exercise,” she says.
Outside of the fitness center, Wallace-James is an avid gardener and loves to read. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
