Don’t underestimate the role of motivation in achieving your health and wellness goals. Motivation or the lack thereof can make or break your success.

An internal desire to achieve better health and more energy can help drive your motivation for healthier habits, including physical activity. Setting exercise goals and consistently showing up at the fitness center can lead to many small wins. When added together, all the wins make your workouts worth it!

What motivates each of us to exercise is different:

  • Health issue
  • Sleep difficulty
  • Increase energy levels
  • Wanting to look and feel better
  • Ability to play with your kids and/or grandkids

So, what is your motivation? How important is it to you? Personally strong motivating factors help you take the next step to becoming healthier inside and out. Keep your head up during your exercise journey, or you won't be able to see where you’re going next.
