January EatClean Challenge

Posted Dec 23, 2024

The January EatClean Challenge is a chance to eat more “clean” foods that are unprocessed and full of nutrition. Take on the challenge and try different fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, meats and more. Quench your thirst with clean beverages without additives and sugar. Adopt clean eating habits for one month. Then check in with yourself and see how you feel. Small changes can add up to big results over time.

If you’re part of the Willis Knighton Health insurance plan – Health Plus of Louisiana – sign up for Healthy Merits. Do both the EatClean Challenge and the Weight Management Wellness Journey university course to earn 75 wellness points. Earn enough points to reach the goal and you’ll get a reduced health insurance premium for 2026. Check out WKHS.healthymerits.com.
