With the recent time change, more daylight helps you make the most of every hour.
Be active this April with at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise at least three times a week. You have your choice of fitness machines at each fitness center, and any machine can be used more than once each week. Your trainer will keep an official log of which machines you use and the amount of time as you work toward your 150 minutes of exercise each week. Have fun using our variety of cardio equipment to help you get ready for next month's MAYrathon.
