How does your physical fitness rank – bronze, silver or gold? Join in all the March Madness to test your fitness and find out. A WK trainer ranks you based on the time you take to complete an exercise circuit: 

  • 500 meter (0.31 mile) walk/run
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 step ups 
  • 500 meter row 
  • 15 push ups (wall push ups) 
  • 20 crunches
