Back in October, we hope you completed the Rockport walking test to officially measure your cardio fitness. Because we are committed to helping you improve your health and well-being, we want to check on your progress. You’ll walk one mile again as fast as you can. Then a trainer will measure your heart rate to determine your VO2 max. This is the amount of oxygen your body uses while exercising as hard as you can, also known as the maximal aerobic capacity. It’s a marker for your fitness level and can guide your continued exercise training for 2024. Remember, you can manage what you measure. So let’s keep measuring your progress.
