The Oaks of Louisiana to Host Water Classes

The Oaks of Louisiana will be hosting a temporary water class from June through August for the WK Wellness members as well as residents of The Oaks.

The class will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 am - 9 am in the warm, indoor saltwater pool located at the Tower Spa & Wellness Center.

Since this class will be located on the campus of The Oaks, we ask that you:

  • Register for the class by calling The Oaks Spa & Wellness Center (318 212 2265). Fifteen slots will be available, and you must register by 2:00 pm the day before the class.
  • Bring your own towel.
  • Be fully clothed when entering and exiting the building.
  • Inform security at the front gate you are a wellness member and are there to attend the water class.
  • Park only in the Chapel parking lot and enter the Tower through the Lakeview Dining entrance.
  • Meet the instructor in the parking lot and enter the Tower together.
  • Enter the pool no earlier than 15 minutes before class starts.
  • Leave the pool and wellness area no later than 15 minutes after class has ended.
  • Wear your mask entering the facility and leaving the facility (no mask in the pool is required).

As a courtesy, we ask that you register for one class at a time. You may attend both classes during the week but you will need two separate registrations.

Tuesday class registration will open the Monday before at 8:00 am and close at 2:00 pm.

Thursday class registration will open the Wednesday before at 8:00 am and close at 2:00 pm.
