The WK Fitness & Wellness Centers are challenging members to have an “Active April.” This is a fun way for our members to keep track of their cardio throughout the month of April. Members must complete 30 minutes of cardio at least three times per week. Any cardio machine may be used for this challenge. We encourage members to try different machines to see how they can add to their cardio arsenal! Join us at one of our four locations to get started today.
