Not everyone has access to a gym or workout equipment but staying fit and healthy is still attainable! This month we asked Willis-Knighton fitness instructor, Currie Godfrey, to demonstrate a few, simple, at-home exercises using a chair. These basic moves are open to anyone but consult a physician if you are concerned about your current health status and exercising.
