WK Fitness & Wellness Centers May member challenge will be the "May-rathon.” Members will complete 26.2 miles of cardio during the month of May. Participants can use any cardio equipment and the pool to complete the challenge. We will keep a calendar where you can log the number of miles you completed on that given day and what equipment was used. Willis-Knighton exercise specialists aim to help our members improve VO2 max, strengthen the heart and improve circulation. Exercise specialists encourage members to set challenging, realistic goals and to reach new heights in their cardiovascular training.
